Position: Freelance Lead Generator

Location: Fully Remote (Work from anywhere with high-speed internet and a laptop)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Freelance Lead Generator to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on independence and enjoy setting their own goals. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for:

• Researching companies with vacancies using internet resources.
• Making calls to these companies and speaking to the right decision-makers.
• Offering our recruitment services and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through online research.
• Initiate contact with companies to discuss their recruitment needs.
• Present our services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed set targets for client acquisition and job placements.
