Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads generated via social media, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to sell recruitment services.
- Engage with previous clients to secure additional job vacancies.
- Conduct cold calls to new prospects from a list of potential clients.
- Maintain and expand the company’s client base through effective business development strategies.
- Ensure high-quality communication and relationship management with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Experience in sales calls to the UK market is an advantage.
- A natural sales persona with a fluent command of English (neutral accent).
- Self-managed and self-disciplined with strong organizational skills.
- Home office facilities are essential.
- Preference for candidates living in the Western Cape, South Africa.
