We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base, strengthen existing relationships, and open new doors.

What you’ll do:

Drive new business opportunities in sectors like IT, Finance, Technical (Engineering), HR and Office Support.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients who trust us deeply.
Represent the Star Personnel brand with integrity, professionalism and confidence.
Manage your own time and working hours — from anywhere in SA.
Collaborate with a dynamic, fun-loving team who know how to work smart and support one another.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has sold recruitment services before — either in a BD or 360 consultant capacity.
Maybe even ran their own recruitment agency and is now looking to scale back or focus on the sales side.
Is independent, tenacious, self-motivated and confident, with a proven ability to bring in new business.
Thrives in a remote environment and knows how to self-manage.
Wants to be part of something meaningful — not just “another agency”.
