Salary R12000 pm.  Valid Driver’s licence.

Out client is looking for a maintenance supervisor for a large complex near Rondebosch.

The following are requirements for this position:

• Must be hands on and skilled in duties such as painting, tiling, carpentry and minor plumbing works
• Supervise 2 subordinates
• Good people skills as required to interact with residents
• Be proactive in identifying matters that need attention and set priorities
• Assist with the scheduling of planned maintenance
• Obtain quotes for materials and minor works
• Must have a driver’s licence as fills in for the driver where necessary
• Reports to the Manager
