This pivotal role will involve providing exceptional project management services within a multidisciplinary environment, assisting Section Managers and Consultants in delivering innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project budgeting, resourcing, and outsourcing.
- Draft high-quality technical reports and present technical work to clients and at conferences.
- Supervise a small team of engineers and ensure quality assurance throughout project lifecycles.
- Support business development by identifying leads and maintaining client relationships.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical) from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with proven expertise in Renewable Energy.
- Relevant professional registration is essential. Pr.Eng a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Structural Design Mastery: Oversee and sign off on all stages of design for buildings in South Africa and collaborate with international engineers to bring our vision to life globally.

We’re Looking for a Visionary Leader:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in structural engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 10 years of hands-on experience as a structural engineer.
- Innovation: Experience with alternative construction methods and FEM is a plus.
- Leadership: Exceptional project management and communication skills, with a passion for leading international teams.
