Our client, an elite urban property developer, is looking to employ a highly energized and experienced Property Sales Consultant to join their formidable team.
This is a fulltime role, based in the Atlantic Seaboard.
Basic plus lucrative commission potential!
Responsibilities:
To action all allocated leads
Be fully responsible for all data pertaining to all open opportunities, client data, development information, etc.
Run, manage, own and keep engaged the database of allocated network prospects
Meticulously apply the company’s sales processes and methodology
Apply and adhere to all administrative processes
Managing all open deals through the sales stages
Resales and Portfolio Management
Assisting with resales of properties
Advising on rental yields from development to development
Advising on market conditions as they change
Weighing up capital growth returns vs rental yields over time
Requirements:
Passionate and self-motivated with a passion for the property development industry
5-10 years’ solid experience in residential sales and developments
Proven track record of exceeding targets on a consistent basis
Experience using Salesforce.com is a huge plus factor
Demonstrable knowledge of the real estate market in Cape Town
Deep network of past buyers and solid prospects is a must to be successful for this role
