Unit cost of logistics chain per package
- Work with different “inco terms” in a cost system
- Risk management with exchange rate of different foreign monetary units in a cost system and “swopping” of monetary units
- Completeness and accuracy tests on income and expenditure in the cost system per skip
- Drawing up pooling rules in the cost calculation system
- Integrity of cost calculation system
- Preparation and dispatch of producer payment advice
- Use of standard cost system
- Audit trail of cost chain from producer payment advice to customer invoice
- VAT trace from producer’s invoice back to supplier’s invoice
- Management information system
- Preparation of standard and zero cost rates in cost system
• Liaise with marketers
