    • Work with different “inco terms” in a cost system
    • Risk management with exchange rate of different foreign monetary units in a cost system and “swopping” of monetary units
    • Completeness and accuracy tests on income and expenditure in the cost system per skip
    • Drawing up pooling rules in the cost calculation system
    • Integrity of cost calculation system
    • Preparation and dispatch of producer payment advice
    • Use of standard cost system
    • Audit trail of cost chain from producer payment advice to customer invoice
    • VAT trace from producer’s invoice back to supplier’s invoice
    • Management information system
    • Preparation of standard and zero cost rates in cost system

    • Liaise with marketers

  • • Integration with the rest of the financing system
