S/subs. Market related salary + benefits. Require person with degree/diploma in Commerce or Forensics, knowledge of Fraud, corruption and theft in the credit card industry. 3 years Management experience needed plus 5 years exp in fraud department of Financial Services. 



Duties

The purpose is to minimize Fraud losses, ensure the department performs, manage Fraud Prevention and Detection tools as well as provide strategic and best practice leadership resulting in the achievement of the Fraud write-off target. Card Scheme credit card fraud management experience preferred / Fraud tool management experience preferred Coaching & learning facilitation skills / Ability to inspire & ignite optimistic, positive energy/ Confidence in Decision making /Capacity to collaborate, integrate & facilitate teamwork / Minimize Fraud losses in line with target / Ensure the Fraud Department performs according to operational plans and goals and within budget /Ensure productivity is optimized through hands-on management of the team and introduction of best practices / Update and maintain Fraud Knowledge Library / Ensure that people are led and managed optimally and performance management is applied / Coach and mentor staff in line with the company values.
