Qualifications and Experience
Recognised 3 year degree/qualification

2 years - Previous analytical experience
3 years - Direct Marketing experience
5 years - Management experience 
3 – 5 years - Planning, forecasting and budgeting experience
2 years - Experience in a financial services or retail environment

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Build and maintains operational relationships to ensure overall efficiencies
Develop activities and guidelines for the marketing division

Manage the required resources to enable business performance and achieve business objectives
Translate, align and implement marketing strategy into marketing initiatives across the Organisation
Ensure resourcing decisions are aligned to the Transformation plan

Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and staff development in area of responsibility
