Accounts Clerk (Ref 105)

About this job

N/Subs.  R12k.  Require person with Matric, and previous experience as an Accounts Clerk assisting in the Finance Department.

 Responsibilities and duties will be the following:

 Capture daily transactions on Excel and Pastel.

  • Capture bank statements on Excel for various bank accounts and developments
  • Copy these over to an income and expenses spreadsheet per development
  • Filing of all company and project related documentation
  • Compiling and keeping up to date admin files
  • Compile and keep up to date rental units amounts received and outstanding amounts owed
  • Send out letters to tenants, handling queries
  • Excel proficiency is a must have

 In addition the person must have High numeric skills, Attention to detail, be Deadline driven, Be able to prioritise, Work in a high pressure and fast pace environment
