About this job

 Cape Town City Centre.  R15-R25k dep. on exp.  Require a real go-getter who is a hands-on person and a boffin at Excel & who can make the life of a busy director and her small staff easier. Starting off with Debtors/Creditors, SARS e-filing and Invoicing and then be able to prepare visual presentations on PowerPoint, coupled with taking minutes, resolve IT concerns, do travel arrangements, run personal errands for the director and manage the staff, recruit, do inductions as well as manage and design marketing material.  Must have matric, some tertiary qualification, minimum of 5 years in a small business or recruitment company.  Have knowledge of Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc. Must be able to multi-task, be focussed and flexible & be able to work over time when necessary.  Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.  If you are well groomed, creative & artistic, well organised and decisive then please submit your CV with photo and kindly let me know what you are/were earning please.
