Digital Marketing Optimisation Manager (Ref 117)

About this job

Our client is a well known and highly successful Financial Services company that provides a variety of personal loans and insurances to a wide range of customers. This role carries the responsiblity for managing the day to day operations of the website which includes the maintenance, amendments and optimisation of all the company’s owned digital channels (primarily web and mobi-sites).

 The role will also focus on the ROI of every site visit – from impression and click, to time on site, bounce rate management and throughput speed of the various online customer applications processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Three year degree or Diploma
Digital design and website development qualification/certification

3-5 years Conversion Rate Optimisation Software (or similar A/B testing experience)
3-5 years Heat mapping software (e.g Crazy Egg, Tealeaf, etc.)
3-5 years Digital Application and General Digital Project Management experience
3-5 years Google Analytics Proficient
2-3 years SEO Expertise
2-3 years Google & Double Click Tag Manager Experience
5 years Sitecore CMS Experience

Digital Agency Experience or experience in managing Digital Agencies (Preferable)
Adobe Campaign Manager Experience (Preferable)
