About this job

As part of the Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management Team your primary focus will be to brief, implement and execute Existing Customer Management (ECM) campaigns across the respective brand portfolios.Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

·         Relevant Degree or equivalent qualification

·         Minimum of 3 years Direct Marketing/Marketing experience in retail/financial services

·         Computer literacy – Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

·         High level of attention to detail

·         A self-starter who can work independently or as a part of a team

·         Ability to think and act systematically and strategically

·         Business acumen and the ability to work with budgets

·         Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships and  liaise with people at all levels of the business (internally and externally)

·         Ability to think creatively and innovatively within area of accountability

·         Ability to manage a number of priorities simultaneously

·         Negotiation skills

·         Administrative skills

 



Duties

  Key Responsibilities: 

·         Implement and manage plans for ECM and execute initiatives across various retail brand portfolios

·         Campaign Management

o    Co-ordinate ECM initiatives (ad-hoc, segmentation and BAU) end-to-end with collaboration of key stakeholders (marketing, ops, IT and product) and communicate to all relevant parties thereafter

o    Manage file production with BI

o    Campaign File preparation including messaging,file format and deployment  

o    Record Management of all campaigns and campaign results

o    Co-ordinate campaign incentive process – ensuring vouchers fulfilled, finance process is managed, reporting, etc.

o    Manage the marketing process, where applicable, to ensure creative is delivered and ECM objectives met

o    Process, collate and accurately distribute reports to relevant parties

o    Compile, review and report on post-campaign analysis with insights and learnings communicated                

·         Manage and build relationships with external suppliers for campaign execution

·         Budget Management including capturing invoice details, quote comparisons, accruals, etc.

·         Execute monthly administrative tasks i.e. statement inserts; co-ordinating file transfers with IT, etc.
